Shipping Information
We ship orders within the European Union from our warehouse in France.
Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
We partner with reliable carriers such as Colissimo, Chronopost, and UPS.

International Shipping
Outside the EU: 4–12 working days (depending on the destination)
IMPORTANT: Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the total price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or sent in error.

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description.
We will send you a return label and offer a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
