These terms also apply to purchases via associated platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google (collectively referred to as the “website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Silent Jack is covered by one or more U.S. Patent D915723, D917125, D915719. All versions of Stingray Flat Box are covered by Patent No. US 11,751,648. Pangolin Tool Roll and Hedgehog toiletry Roll are covered by Patent No. US 11,717,068. All REEF products are covered by Patent No. US 11,627,789. Other products offered on the website might be covered under U.S. and International patent protection. Select STEP 22 products sold by MS Distribution are protected under U.S. and International patents. Refer to individual product packaging for details. ORDER TERMS

By placing an order, you confirm you are over 18 or have parental consent. Orders are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale or distribution is prohibited. MS Distribution reserves the right to cancel high-volume orders suspected of resale intent.

By placing an order, you:

• Release MS Distribution and its affiliates from liability related to product use
• Agree to receive transaction-related electronic communications

We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are charged upon placement.

PAYMENTS

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All payments must be made in Euro. Pricing and shipping costs may change without notice. Interest may apply to overdue payments.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to most European countries as well as select international regions. The risk of loss transfers to you once items are with the carrier. Customs duties and import fees for non-EU orders are the buyer's responsibility.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address.

REWARDS PROGRAM MISUSE

We strictly prohibit misuse of the STEP 22 Europe rewards program. Violations may result in cancelled orders, account suspension, or inclusion on a do-not-sell list.

ADVERTISING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Product details are supplied by manufacturers. We are not liable for inaccuracies. We reserve the right to cancel mispriced or inaccurately described orders.

WARRANTY

Products are covered under manufacturer warranties. MS Distribution facilitates claims but cannot override manufacturer decisions. Unauthorized product modifications may void the warranty.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This website is provided "as is" without warranties. MS Distribution and A Wood Products LLC are not responsible for damages arising from use of the website or its content. All product descriptions and references are provided by respective manufacturers.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law. Legal claims must be filed within one year of arising. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, strikes).

RECOVERY GEAR – TERMS OF USE

By purchasing recovery gear, you:

• Acknowledge having reviewed safety information
• Accept full responsibility for proper and safe usage
• Agree that recovery gear is non-returnable unless authorized

Using recovery gear without proper training can result in serious injury or death. Always follow all safety guidelines.
